In the hills, above the Mission area of Kelowna is this RETREAT CENTRE, operated under the auspices of the Catholic Diocese of Nelson.  Retreats, Spiritual Direction, Counseling and a peaceful environment.... all are available for individuals and groups who wish to come for a few hours, or a few days, for their own spiritual growth.  Come and discover a deeper awareness of God in the stillness and the beauty of this natural setting. Seton House belongs to the PEOPLE of the Diocese of Nelson and the people of the Diocese are always WELCOME. Welcome, too, are those who come from beyond the diocese. The Chapel, The Grove, the Outdoor Stations, and Labyrinth are all available to those who wish to experience some quiet time alone with the Lord. Local parish bulletins have details of Seton House programs. 

Staff have tried to create an atmosphere of prayer and devotion at Seton House and we encourage you to come and experience the quiet of this holy ground. Come (for an hour, a day, a weekend or longer) and walk  the outside Way of the Cross; spend time with Mary in Mary's Grove; walk the Labyrinth; spend time with the Blessed Sacrament in St. Joseph's Chapel. The Lord is here to provide for your personal spiritual growth and peace of heart.

Seton House of Prayer plans special events, such as our Annual Fundraiser. All proceeds from these events to the Retreat Centre.
Our fundraiser for 2023 will be held Tuesday, May 9, at the Kelowna Community Theatre. Further details to follow.

Rates for Seton House of Prayer
Expenses for Seton House of Prayer are met through kind donations and the generosity of those who use the Prayer House. Group and individual retreats, as well as spiritual direction, are available to our guests who wish to come for a few hours or a few days.
The Chapel, Mary's Grove, and Outdoor Stations of the Cross, Library, Labyrinth, the Poustinia, Indoor Swimming Pool, and the Grounds are all available for our guests who wish to come and experience a Peaceful Environment & Deeper Awareness of God in Stillness & Beauty of Nature.
We welcome individuals and groups who wish to come to spend a few hours in an atmosphere of peace and quiet visiting the Chapel, Mary's Grove, and walk our beautiful grounds. Donations are always welcome. We recommend calling in advance.
Rates are listed below. Booking in advance is recommended.

Individual Overnight Retreats:
Room rental per night per person followed by Day of Prayer - without meals - $70.00
Room rental per night per person followed by Day of Prayer - with three meals - $130.00

Cost of Meals: Special Dietary Requirements can be discussed with our Caterer.
$15.00 -  Breakfast 8:00am
$20.00 - Lunch 12:00 noon
$25.00 - Dinner 5:00pm

Cost of Group Day Retreat: $35.00 per person, includes lunch

Ecumenical Rates:
We welcome guests from other faith traditions. The rates are as follows:

Group Day Retreat:
$35.00 per person, includes lunch. Extra $25.00 for dinner.
Additional Group Facility Fee of $100.00

Group Weekend Two-Night Retreat:    
Friday to Sunday (includes 5 meals): $250.00 per person
Additional Group Facility Fee of $200.00 for Weekend Retreat
