In the hills, above the Mission area of Kelowna is this RETREAT CENTRE, operated under the auspices of the Catholic Diocese of Nelson. Retreats, Spiritual Direction, Counseling and a peaceful environment.... all are available for individuals and groups who wish to come for a few hours or a few days, for their own spiritual growth. Come and discover a deeper awareness of God in the stillness and the beauty of the natural setting.Call 764-4333 and a staff member will be happy to arrange your visit.
Seton House belongs to the PEOPLE of the Diocese of Nelson and the people of the Diocese are always WELCOME. Welcome too are those who come from beyond the diocese. The Chapel, The Grove, the outdoor stations are all available to those who wish to experience some quiet time alone with the Lord. Mass is celebrated most days at 9:00 AM and all are welcome. Staff have tried to create an atmosphere of prayer and devotion at Seton House and we encourage you to come and experience the quiet of this holy ground. Come (for an hour, a day, a weekend or longer) and walk the outside Way of the Cross; spend time with Mary in Mary's Grove; walk the Labyrinth; spend time with the Blessed Sacrament in St. Joseph's Chapel. The Lord is here to provide for your personal spiritual growth and peace of heart.
SPIRITUAL GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
Meet daily with a spiritual director to deepen awareness of God’s presence in one’s life.
Private or directed retreats for 1, 3, 5, 8, 30 days are available at convenience of retreatant.
Seton staff are available for ongoing spiritual direction to those seeking growth in their relationship with God.
Exercises of Ignatius on a daily basis over a period of months, meeting weekly with a spiritual director.
Workshop Retreat for Parish Pastoral Councils
A time to pray, vision, deepen faith, build community among council members, at Seton or your location.
An opportunity to be in an atmosphere of quiet and peace to prepare for the seasons of Advent and Christmas.
Married Couples Retreat
